Our Story

Built in brick.
Poured with care.

Behind a blacked-out facade on N. 7th Street sits a building that's stood since the 1800s — and behind the rusty door, it's been reborn as Payette's most refined night out.

Inside, the original brick walls hold a growing collection of local memorabilia — old signage, tools, photographs, and oddities collected from the valley's past. Every piece has a story, and our bartenders know most of them.

Out back, our courtyard pairs string-lit brick with seasonal stone firepits — the kind of place you'll want to linger long after last call.
